How do I book?

You can conveniently book directly from our website using the BOOK NOW button. You will be asked to fill out all pertinent information for your reservation, and then one of our vacation specialists will contact you to confirm your pricing, cabin selection, and accept payment to complete your reservation.

Is my cruise deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

There is a $500 Deposit USD per person.
Cabin Deposit (Princess Cruises): $250 (Non-refundable) – Secures your stateroom on the cruise.
VIP Event Pass Deposit (Seas the Day Travel LLC): $250 (Non-refundable) – Grants you exclusive access to the Hockey Hall of Fame events.

The deposit will be deducted from your cruise booking total. The deposit is non-refundable and is due upon booking.

How will I know when my final payment is due?

Final payment will be auto-charged to the credit card on file between Monday June 7, 2027, and Monday June 14, 2027, unless otherwise arranged through your vacation specialist. All charges are non-refundable.

How many people will be allowed to attend the cruise?

Accepted Answer

We have 500 cabins for the HHOF group for 2027. Although the ship has a passenger capacity of 4,300 (lower berths).

Can I request early or late dining?

Accepted Answer

Princess’s main dining room offers three flexible options: Traditional Dining with early and late seatings, Flexible Dining or Walk-in Anytime Dining, so you can sit down to a meal on your own time.

Once you have a reservation or booking ID from our team, you will be able to register or log in at https://www.princess.com/plan/oceanready to manage your booking online, reserve specialty dining or spa reservations and access online check-in closer to departure.

Note that if you are already a Captain’s Circle member with Princess Cruises, your cruise will show up on your profile on Princess’s website once your reservation has been confirmed.

Your cruise fare includes accommodation, dining, entertainment, and an endless array of activities plus your taxes and fees.

All staterooms, not in a Sanctuary cabin, will include the Princess Plus amenity package, plus access to all private Hockey Hall of Fame Legends guest-only events.

I booked a cabin directly with Princess Cruises. Will I have access to the HHOF events?

No. Guests must be booked directly with our group to be included in the HHOF Legends events.

What port are we leaving from?

Accepted Answer

The ship will sail round-trip from Port Canaveral. All guests will need to make their own arrangements to Port Canaveral on December 5, 2027, to board the ship.

What time should I arrive at the port?

There will be an earlier arrival time to attend pre-boarding Hockey Hall of Fame Legends activities shoreside. Otherwise, you must arrive at a minimum of 2 hours before departure.

Gratuities are included for all reservations within the HHOF Legends Cruise.

Flights are not included in the package. Any flight purchases would be at your own expense. Our vacation specialists can arrange your flights for a nominal booking fee.

What transportation options are available if I am flying into Fort Lauderdale (or Miami)? How do I purchase a transfer?

If you are flying into Miami or Ft Lauderdale airport, you can access the Brightline train to Orlando airport. Princess offers transfers for an additional fee from Orlando airport on embarkation day between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm. Please let your vacation specialist know if you wish to purchase transfers. Additionally, there are taxi and Uber services if you prefer these methods of transportation.

What transportation options are available if I am flying into Orlando? How do I purchase a transfer?

If you are flying into Orlando, Princess offers transfers for an additional fee from Orlando airport between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm. Please let your vacation specialist know if you wish to purchase transfers. Additionally, there are taxi and Uber services if you prefer these methods of transportation.

Do I need travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

While insurance is not a requirement, it is strongly recommended. Once confirmed and paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If, for any reason, you need to cancel, an insurance policy would be required to obtain any monetary refunds. It is up to you to secure the proper insurance with proper coverage. Our team would be happy to provide you with a quote for a policy to cover your trip with us. Please speak with your vacation specialist about your request.

How do I purchase travel insurance?

When booking, please select yes on the question that asks if you would like a travel insurance quote. If you have already filled out your form and have decided to purchase insurance, your vacation specialist can assist.

How do I receive my booking ID?

Accepted Answer

Once one of our specialists confirms your reservation details and you provide payment; a reservation number or Booking ID will be provided to you within 24-48 business hours. All reservations will take this time to process.

What is the pricing for a single traveller?

Please inquire directly with our team at hhof@legendsofhockey.com for solo pricing aside from the solo inside cabin, or submit a booking request on the website with the designated passenger dropdown set to 1. Pricing will be provided to you on a case-by-case basis.

Is this cruise family-friendly?

Princess Cruises has wonderful Youth and Teen clubs which are safe, fun spaces for kids to socialize, join in on supervised activities, and enjoy theme nights, movie nights, game tournaments and more. In addition, all Hockey Hall of Fame Legends activities will be family-friendly unless designated with an adult-only description.

I am traveling with my infant/toddler. Do I still need to pay full price?

Guests must be at least 6 months of age at time of embarkation. Cabin pricing from our website is based on double occupancy. Please inquire if you are traveling with infants under 2 years of age.

If I am a US Citizen, do I need a passport to board the ship?

On select U.S. roundtrips (sometimes called “closed-loop” voyages), U.S. citizens ages 16 and above may also travel with an original or certified copy of their U.S. birth certificate (or U.S. Certificate of Naturalization if foreign born) if presented together with a valid U.S. government-issued photo identification.

U.S. and Canadian citizens ages 15 and younger may travel with a birth certificate.

If I am an International Citizen, do I need a passport?

If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need a passport and/or the appropriate documentation based on the status you are seeking in the United States.

Yes, your passport should be valid at least 6 months past December 5, 2027, for this cruise. Please check your passports at the time of booking to allow time for a renewal if necessary.

Cabins vary and can hold 1-4 guests. Cabins for singles, triples, and quads are all available upon request. Please fill out the booking form for 2 guests and make a note about additional guests, so that we may accurately price the cruise for you.
