  • What is the pricing for a single traveller?
    Please inquire directly with our team at longwood@expediacruises.com for solo pricing or submit a booking request with designated passengers as 1. Pricing will be provided to you on a case-by-case basis.
  • If I am out of State or Country, are flights included?
    Flights are not included in the package. Any flight purchases would be at your own expense. Our vacation specialists can arrange your flights for a nominal booking fee.
  • I am travelling with my infant/toddler, do I still need to pay full price?
    Cabin pricing from our website is based on double occupancy and will be charged regardless of the age of passengers. However, if you are travelling with a party of 3 or 4, please inquire directly with our team at longwood@expediacruises.com for pricing for single, triple, quad occupancy, or pricing with infants under 2 years of age.
  • Is a COVID-19 vaccine required to sail?
    At the current time, you do not need a vaccination to sail on this cruise. Please check for any testing or health/safety protocols about 30 days prior to departure. It is possible that this could change based on evolving global situations, but at this time no vaccination or testing are required.
  • If I am a US Citizen, do I need a passport?
    U.S. citizens travelling on closed-loop cruises to either Mexico or the Caribbean can travel with the following documentation: U.S. passport book or card Trusted Traveler card (Nexus, SENTRI, FAST) Enhanced Driver’s License An original copy of your government-issued birth certificate or naturalization certificate and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Deposits on the reservation are non-refundable and due upon booking.
  • How will I know when my final payment is coming due?
    Final payment will be auto-charged to your card on file unless otherwise arranged through your vacation specialist. All charges are non-refundable.
  • What are the Annual Contest Entries?
    When you enter for a chance to win a FREE Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Cruise, your entry is also included for a chance to win our Annual Contest. This contest runs all year round and one (1) winner is drawn in November. Everyone in our 7SEAS® Database is automatically entered into the contest each year (no action is required to re-qualify each year). Prize: 7-night Caribbean cruise for two (2) people One (1) standard outside stateroom Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) people Port charges, taxes & fees associated with the cruise fare
  • Will parking be available?
    Parking is available at the Port Everglades for a fee of $20-$25/day per vehicle.
  • What are the travel documentation requirements for children 16 and under?
    If your children are U.S. citizens and under the age of 16, they can also travel on a cruise with an original birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or certificate of citizenship.
  • Can I use my birth certificate?
    If you are a U.S. Citizen and do not have a passport, you are able to travel with an original copy of your government-issued birth certificate or naturalization certificate and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
  • If I am an International Citizen, do I need a passport?
    If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need a passport and/or the appropriate documentation based on the status you are seeking in the United States.
  • How do I book?
    You can conveniently book directly from our website using the BOOK NOW button. You will be asked to fill out all pertinent information for your reservation and then one of our vacation specialists will contact you to confirm your pricing, your cabin selection and accept payment to complete your reservation.
  • Is 6 months of validity necessary when using my passport for this cruise?
    Yes, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months past October 27th, 2024, for this cruise. Please check your passports at the time of booking to allow time for a renewal if necessary.
  • What do I win when I enter to win a FREE Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Cruise?
    When you enter for a chance to win a FREE Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Cruise you are entering for a chance to win one (1) space on either the 2024 or 2025 Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Cruise. Accommodations: Inside Cabin on the ship This is for the all-inclusive cruise only Airfare to and from Fort Lauderdale is NOT included and needs to be booked separately Hotel accommodations before or after the cruise are NOT included and need to be booked separately Any shore activities you choose to participate in (including Shore Excursions) are extra and need to be booked separately
  • What transportation options are available if I am flying into Fort Lauderdale (or Miami)? How do I purchase a transfer?
    If you are flying into Miami or Ft Lauderdale airport, transfers are available through Celebrity Cruises for an additional fee. Additionally, both airports offer taxi and Uber services if you prefer these methods of transportation.
  • How do I receive my booking ID?
    Once one of our specialists confirms your reservation details and you provide payment, a reservation number or Booking ID will be provided to you within 24-48 business hours. All reservations will take this time to process. Once received, this booking ID or reservation number will also grant you access to www.celebrity.com to manage your booking online and access online check-in closer to departure.
  • How do I purchase travel insurance?
    When booking, please select yes on the question that asks if you would like a travel insurance quote. If you have already filled out your form and have decided to purchase insurance, your vacation specialist can assist.
  • What are the Promotional Contest Entries?
    When you enter for a chance to win a FREE Hockey Hall of Fame Legends Cruise, your entry is also included for a chance to win our Promotional Contest. For every promotion we have this year, there will be a contest tacked on with 1 winner per promotional contest.   • What happens if I contract COVID within 10 days of the cruise?
    Please contact our team by calling or inquiring by email at longwood@expediacruises.com Travel insurance is required for cash reimbursement for illness including COVID-19.
  • Will my credit card be auto-charged at any point?
    Yes, your card will be auto-charged for final payment. All charges are non-refundable.
  • Do I need travel insurance?
    While insurance is not a requirement, it is strongly recommended. Once confirmed and paid, the reservation is nonrefundable for any reason and an insurance policy would be required to obtain any monetary refunds. It is up to you to secure the proper insurance with proper coverage. Our team would be happy to provide you with a quote for a policy to cover your trip with us. Please speak with your vacation specialist about your request.
  • What to pack (for events, beach day, Halloween)?
    An activities schedule will be sent prior to the cruise including a guide to dress for our themed events. We will strive to provide more than adequate time so you can plan for the events properly, including any dress code or themed dress requirements. Celebrity’s general attire onboard is casual during the day and smart chic in the evening. Please do not wear gym clothes, torn clothing, swimwear, or cabin robes to the dining rooms. Theme nights will allow for some fun dress-up nights at dinner and this information will be provided to you closer to departure with the activities schedule.
  • What’s included in my cruise fare?
    The All Included Amenity package, your cruise fare and taxes, and access to all private Hockey Hall of Fame Legends guest-only events including player events onboard.
  • Is this family-friendly?
    Yes, all age ranges are welcome. Celebrity Cruises has a wonderful children’s camp for those under the age of 13. This is a great way to meet other kids onboard as well. In addition, all Hockey Hall of Fame Legends activities will be family-friendly unless designated with an adult-only description. Activity schedules will be provided closer to departure.
  • Are suites available?
    We have several suites available. If you would like a suite, please make your request directly to longwood@expediacruises.com and include the number of guests, the State/Country you reside in, and that you would like to request a suite.
  • How can I plan onboard activities/excursions/purchase packages?
    Once you have a reservation or booking ID from our team, you will be able to register or log in at www.celebrity.com to manage your reservations. We also offer excursions from our private shore excursion company, which can be found on our website.
  • How many people can fit in each cabin?
    Cabins vary and can hold 1-4 guests. Cabins for singles, triples, and quads are all available upon request. Please fill out the booking form and include the number of guests on the form so we may accurately price the cruise for you.
  • How many people will be allowed to attend the cruise?
    We have 500 cabins on hold for 2024.
  • What time should I arrive at the port?
    Plan to arrive at the port between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to attend pre-boarding Hockey Hall of Fame Legends activities. Otherwise, you must arrive a minimum of 2 hours before departure. When completing your online check-in, you will be able to select your arrival window.
  • What is the port address?

  • What port are we leaving from?
    The ship will sail roundtrip from Port of Fort Lauderdale. All guests will need to make their way to Fort Lauderdale on October 27th, 2024 to board the ship.
  • Can I request early or late dining?
    Yes. This is on a request basis only and you will note it when you fill out your booking form.
  • How do I complete my online check-in? If it won't let me check in, who do I call?
    You will complete an online check-in for your cruise about 30 days prior to sailing through www.celebrity.com using your registered account. If you have issues with your check-in or login on www.celebrity.com , you are able to contact Celebrity’s technical support team at 1-800-722-5941 or online check-in assistance at 1-877-200-2897
  • Are gratuities included in my package?
    Gratuities are included for all reservations within the HHOF Legends Cruise.
  • How do I view my cruise online?
    Once you are confirmed and receive a confirmation number for your reservation, you will be able to sign in or register at www.celebrity.com to view your reservation and reserve items such as spa, specialty dining and more. Note: that if you are already a Captain’s Club member with Celebrity Cruises your cruise will show up on your profile on Celebrity’s website once your reservation has been confirmed.
  • What is an All Included amenity package?
    All included is Celebrity’s amenity package that allows guests to have a Classic Beverage package which includes bottled water, soft drinks, and alcohol up to $9/serving, unlimited standard wifi, and free gratuities onboard. Gratuities will cover the necessary tips paid to the hard-working staff of Celebrity Beyond.
  • I booked a cabin directly with Celebrity Cruises. Will I have access to the HHOF events?
    Unfortunately, guests must be booked directly with our team to be included in the HHOF Legends events.
  • What events are on what days?
    An activities schedule will be sent prior to the cruise. We will provide adequate time so you can plan for the events properly, including any dress code or themed dress requirements.
  • Will the legends be available every day or only for select scheduled events
